Planning for the 2007 MLA Conference in Vicksburg has begun! Join as we “Discover the World, Close to Home!”

Please fill out the Conference Planning Form (PDF file or Word file) and return it to Jeff Slagell no later than May 31, 2007. Also please take a look at the equipment rental price list (PDF) for those groups who wish to rent equipment from the Vicksburg Convention Center. The fees from any equipment rented from the Vicksburg Convention Center will be charged to the section, roundtable or committee who requested the equipment.

After we receive all of the conference program planning forms, we will begin working on the meeting room schedules and choosing food items for meal functions. Please contact me at the numbers/e-mail listed below if you have any questions.
