To all MLA members:
Nominations and applications are now being accepted for the Public Relations Awards, Outstanding Achievement Award, the Peggy May Award, and the Mary Julia Anderson Award that are to be presented at the Awards Luncheon during the annual conference in Vicksburg in October.
I want to encourage everyone to consider submitting an entry in the Public Relations Awards category to let everyone in MLA know what you have been up to this past year. I know that there are some really creative people out there and your entries would let everyone else in MLA know, too.
Three very deserving individuals received last year’s Outstanding Achievement Award, the Peggy May Award, and the Mary Julia Anderson Award and this year should be no different. Please consider submitting a nomination for these 3 awards to recognize another three individuals for all that they do for libraries!
Please call if you have any questions.
