MLA Legislative Day
11th Mar 2010
MLA Legislative Day will be held on March 11. We plan to do something similar to the “Piece of the Pie” distribution to the legislators that the committee did last year. Final plans will be made at the Committee meeting and we will let you all know specific activities and times.
You are all aware that this is a very difficult time for all state and local agencies. We must work together to get our message – and importance – across to our elected officials.
As Chair of the Legislative Committee, I welcome any suggestions. Again, if you wish to participate, please join us in February, or contact me at any time.
