2010 Mississippi Library Association Conference Planning Forms

We are currently planning the 2010 Mississippi Library Association Conference which has been scheduled for October 20 – 22, 2010 in Vicksburg, MS. The theme for the conference is, “Outside the Lines: Mississippi Libraries, Defining Ourselves, and our keynote speakers will be Bill Barnes and Gene Ambaum, authors and cartoonists of www.Unshelved.com. We would like this conference to be full of unique, cutting-edge programs, so please think “outside the box” when planning your group’s program. There is a limited amount of grant money available for programs, so it is mandatory that you talk to me about your speakers fee before you book them for your program. Please fill out the Conference Planning Form and return it to me (preferably by e-mail), by June 11, 2010. I have also attached the equipment rental fee list, in case your committee or roundtable is interested in renting equipment and paying the rental fees. There will be screens in every meeting room and Wi-Fi Access throughout the convention center.
