Congratulations to Otha Keys,NBCT, who is the 2004 winner of the Barbara Carroon Apple Award given by the School Section of the MS. Library Association. Ms. Keys is the Library/Media Specialist at South Jones High School in Ellisville where she works tirelessly in collaboration with the faculty to help her students learn the habits and skills associated with information literacy.

Please add the 2007 winner, Susan Mingee from Frazier Primary School Library in Natchez, to your list of Carroon Apple Award Winners. She is also a NBCT.
