The following information should be provided in a nomination: nominee, address, phone, sponsoring FML chapter (Assaf Award only), and accomplishments. Nominations should be addressed to the current Friends of Mississippi Libraries President. See the Roundable Officers list to find the current President of the Friends of Mississippi Libraries.
