A. The President’s Reception & Scholarship Bash – $2,500.00
The President’s Reception & Scholarship Bash: This event raises money for the three MLA scholarships awarded each year to current and future Mississippi library professionals. The event will be held at The Roof at 1311.

B. The Mississippi Author Awards – $2,500.00
The Mississippi Author Awards: This awards dinner is an annual event where MLA honors Missis-sippi authors from three different categories (fiction, non-fiction, & juvenile) and celebrates Mississippi’s rich literary tradition.

Date of event: October 12, 2023, 6:30pm-9:00pm

The Mississippi Library Association will be hosting its annual conference October 10-13 in Vicksuburg, MS at the Vicksburg Convention Center. We want to invite you to join us by sponsoring the Mississippi Library Association.

This form will allow you to sponsor an event at the Platinum Level

If you wish to purchase multiple items, you may complete multiple forms.

All Gold Sponsorships include:

• Recognition in conference program, via MLA social media accounts, and on the website as a Gold Sponsor.
• Recognition on-site at the conference and at the sponsored event as a Gold Sponsor.
• Full page ad space in program, inside pages.
• A scheduled 50 minute session during the conference for a presentation.
• Sponsorship must be locked in before September 15, 2023.
